FAQ

You will be assigned a Designer to work with start to finish!

1. CAN I CHANGE TO MY COLORS? Of course!
2. WHAT WEIGHT IS YOUR STANDARD STOCK? 110 LB
3. WHY DO I NEED TO ORDER 3 WEEK IN ADVANCE? I'M STILL GETTING RESPONSES IN. By starting 3 weeks in advance allows our designers to get you proofs quickly for review. Your quantity is not due until approval and you are only billed for actual names for escort and place cards. So, do not worry that your response are not yet in. That's very normal for us.
4.WHEN DO I SELECT COLORS?
You do not need to select colors online, your designer will help you with that. Your Designer will send you a packet free of charge after your order is placed or you can purchase prior for $5.
5. WHEN and WHERE DO I INSERT MY CONTENT? We do not want you hung up on content right now. Focus on what you need. After your order is placed your Designer will send you a form to collect your content to begin your unlimited proofs! We are happy to help you with wording as well.

6. WHAT IF MY QUANTITY CHANGES? You will have the option to change your quantity right before production.
7. HOW DO I GET STARTED?  50% deposit is due to proceed and is automatically calculated for you at checkout. If for any reason you need to cancel your order after proofs have been sent 25% of your deposit will be refunded. Final balance is due before order ships.
8. ESCORT CARDS & PLACE CARDS: You will only be billed for the actual number of names you submit and will be reflected on your final invoice.
9. WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PROOF? You can expect a PDF proof from your Designer in 1-2 business days after we receive your content. Here is an example of a proof. If you want to feel the paper order samples.

ALL Packages include:

Design Service: A Designer assigned to YOU from start to finish with Unlimited Proofs (Sample of what to expect is to the right)
PRINTING: Flat Printing on our Standard Stock [110 lb white or ivory]. Single Sided. INK COLORS are unlimited.
Ask your Designer about upgrading to Thermography (raised ink), Foil, or Letterpress. Separate invoice will be sent for upgrade cost.

When should I place my order & when will I receive it?

Day of items are time sensitive. Please place your order no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding. The sooner we have your order the better.
Please allow 2 days for proofs and once we have your approval your order will ship 5-10 Business days after approval.
Escort Card, Place Card and Seating Chart Data is due NO LATER than MONDAY at NOON (CST) the week of your wedding.
Depending on where you are located we may need it sooner and your designer will give you a hard deadline.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 DAYS for SHIPPING due to where you are located.
If you ordered upgraded printing please allow 10-14 Business days after approval.
