Notice, we didn't mention colors, style or theme just yet. In order to create a game plan you first need to focus on what she needs to communicate all-the-details to their guests. This may be the boring part but it's the essential starting place. This is STEP 1 in our Collections.

2] UPGRADES [What they REALLY WANT]

Now that you know what they NEED in STEP 1, Now it's time to unlock your creativity and open up ALL the possibilities. This is where your swatch book comes in handy! Upgrade your clients order to showcase your clients STYLE, COLORS, and PERSONALITY.

COLORED ENVELOPES, ADDITIONAL LAYERS TO INVITE and/or ENVELOPE LINERS.

3] PRINTING METHODS

All packages start with our standard digital printing on 120 lb stock. In STEP 4 you will have the option of upgrading to thermography, letterpress or foil stamping.

STANDARD PRINTING

FLAT PRINTING (DIGITAL) 4 color process using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black ink; can handle any number of colors or amount of coverage photo printing; most cost effective and fastest turn-around time. **Pictured Below.
TURN AROUND TIME:
3-5 DAYS without UPGRADES
10-14 DAYS with PREMIUM or DELUXE UPGRADES

UPGRADED PRINTING

THERMOGRAPHY (RAISED INK) Offset process, ink is applied to the page using a plate/roller and a powder is dusted on top of the ink; sent through a high heat “oven” to produce a raised effect. Mimics engraving-ink is somewhat translucent; best used for darker colors (ex. light pink on ivory paper is very hard to see) 1-2 colors is most cost effective. Adds elegance without a high cost. Looks like flat printing but has a raised effect.
TURN AROUND TIME: 10-14 DAYS

HOT/FOIL STAMPING Very similar to letterpress; instead of ink applied to a plate, an opaque “foil” is stamped onto the page; very little impression on the front/back of page; works well for contrasting colors (black paper with white stamping, etc) and tone on tone colors (black paper with black stamping)works very well with metallic colors; can add either elegance or contemporary style depending on design and color combination

TURN AROUND TIME: 10-14 DAYS

LETTERPRESS (PRESSED) Offset process using metal plates; ink is rubbed on plates and pressed into cotton paper; impression made on the back of the page; excellent for fine details and works best with 100% cotton paper saturation may slightly vary from piece to piece; adding classic elegance or vintage style depending on design.

4] PLACING YOUR ORDER

5] CONTENT FORMS

You will need the following documents to send to your client to collect their content. Download these forms and save to your computer in a special Simply Personal folder. You will use these forms often. A lot of wedding planners brand these and put their logo on them.

6) Proofing process

PROOFING PROCESS

Once we receive your content your order will go into Design Phase and receive unlimited proofs.

Here is an example of a proof that you will receive.

We won't go to print until it's simply PERFECT!

7) Production & Delivery

After we receive your approval, your order cannot be changed. Your turn-around-time starts the next business day. Please read our terms and conditions above.

Turn around times are on the bottom of your proof and determined by the lengthiest part of your project.

All orders go through a rigorous Quality Control process and this cannot be rushed. If you need to rush your order and receive sooner than your expected turn around time, you must notify your Designer at the time of order.

All orders are shipped UPS ground to YOU. You will receive a final invoice with your balance, shipping costs, and tracking information. Your order will ship once your shipping is paid. We do not drop ship orders to customers. You as their planner, have 5 business days to review order. If anything needs to be reprinted due to our error, we will gladly fix and reship at our expense.

Terms & Conditions

MINIMUMS:

  • COLLECTIONS: No Minimum
  • CUSTOM ORDERS & PRINT SHOP: Minimum of 30.

TURN AROUND TIMES:

  • PRINT SHOP: 3-7 business days. [Same day printing is available upon request and availability].
  • COLLECTIONS: 5-7 business days. Added Upgrades: 10-14 business days.
  • Rush Fees of $150 is available. We cannot guarantee this on every order so please email info@simplypersonal.com to confirm your order is applicable to rush.We cannot accommodate all rush orders during specific months and busy seasons, but we will certainly try.

COLORS

  • YES, the collection you want CAN BE in your colors. Your Designer will show you all the possibilities! We have so many that you do not need to select before you order BUT you can order FREE SWATCHES prior.
  • Our ink colors match the matte stocks of our envelopes, liners, and pocket folders. To order samples or swatch books click here.
  • PROOFS: Colors on screen vary from monitor to monitor and may vary from actual printed pieces and also shift with the various paper used.
  • We do not suggest mixing printing methods as there could be color variation between the methods. Discuss this with your Designer.

PROCESS:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin semi-custom and custom projects. Print Shop orders pay in full at time of order.
  • You will be assigned a Designer to work with start to finish. She will send you content forms to fill out, provide unlimited proofs, and support start to finish.
  • You will be emailed a PDF proof to review, sign and approve within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Custom art may take more time.
  • Quantities can change prior to approval. Once approval is received quantities cannot change.
  • Proof approval is required to proceed to production.You must sign and date each page of your proofs. Please review your proofs carefully - Simply Personal is not responsible for any errors that are approved.
  • Orders go into production immediately after signed approval is received. Changes cannot be made after this time. If quantities do change after, a new order must be placed and treated separately.
  • Final Balance is due before order ships.

GUEST ADDRESSING, ESCORT and PLACE CARDS, RESPONSE CARD DATA, and SEATING CHARTS:
Perfection is very important to us. Please follow these instructions to eliminate errors and reprints:

  • Please submit only ONE envelope addressing excel file to Simply Personal using our template. It is imperative that your list is in our format. Content will be printed as appears in excel file, including missing information, abbreviations, or superfluous punctuation.
  • Helpful hints are on the top of the excel file.
  • Customers will receive ONE proof with their name and address to approve.
  • Customers will receive ONE proof with ONE name for escort cards and place cards.
  • Envelope Addressing will be billed based on the actual number of envelopes printed. If you ordered 200 Envelopes but only need 180 printed your final balance will reflect this. This applies to the printing only, not the actual envelopes. You will receive 200 envelopes, 180 addressed and 20 blank including return address if you selected that option.

PRIVACY:
We do not share or sell your information to any third party and all information gathered is held in strict confidentiality.

DELAY:
Simply Personal shall not be liable for delays in performance caused by act of God, fire or other casualty, accident, strike, shortage of labor or materials, customs, governmental action or other cause beyond Simply Personal’s reasonable control.

SHIPPING:

  • All orders are shipped via UPS
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes.
  • Please note that we are closed on holidays and during weekends. There will be no UPS shipment on non-business days.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • UPS does not require a signature upon delivery and will leave your package at the safest location at your address.
  • Please see section below for International Shipping.

CANCELS or RETURNS:

  • All sales are final. We give unlimited proofs to ensure satisfaction. If you wish to change collection design there is $15 fee to change and provide new proofs.
  • Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on printed items. We make every effort to ensure that each product is proofed, re-proofed and packed perfectly, so that no damages are incurred during printing and/or shipment. We will correct, at no cost, any mistakes caused by our own error.
  • We will accept return of envelopes or colored stocks within 14 days of purchase. This does not apply to any item that receives printing/personalization.
  • All replacements will be shipped the same method as the original order.
  • All custom orders, pocket folders, liners, printed items are final sale, not exchangeable or returnable
